2. Sign a ‘Performance Agreement’ to buy and actively manage a farm in the province. Along with this, a ‘good faith’ deposit of $75,000 (CAD) in trust needs to be made as well. This amount will be returned, once you have met the conditions mentioned in the performance agreement. 


Upon not meeting the terms the cash deposit shall be submitted to the province. 


3. Visit to explore Saskatchewan for a minimum time of 5 working days. 


4. Present documents which showcase your experience as a farm operator. This will be verified via an interview where you will be asked questions related to this subject. 


5. Draft a well-thought-out and structured proposal for a commercial financial opportunity in Saskatchewan.
