  • Are working in the province with a valid work permit for a minimum of 6 months

  • Hold a Permanent full-time job offer from an employer based in Saskatchewan. The profession must be in a NOC matrix TEER 0, 1, 2 and 3 or in a designated trade.

  • Meet the needed requirements of this sub-stream 

b) Semi-skilled Agriculture Worker with Existing Work Permit

This sub category is for the skilled persons who:


  • Have been employed for more than 6 months with a valid work permit. This is from an employer offering a job or have previously worked here for at least 6 months. 

  • Got a permanent full-time job offer from an employer of Saskatchewan. 

  • Meet the necessary requirements of this stream


c) Health Professionals 


  • Working full time as a skilled worker on a temporary work permit for a minimum of six months as a Physician, Nurse or other health professional. 

  • Meet the other requirements of the sub-stream


d) Hospitality Sector Project


This is for skilled workers who wish to become permanent residency and are even:

 

  • Presently working in Saskatchewan on a temporary work permit via Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

  • Should be already working with an SINP Hospitality-approved employer for at least six months (780) hours. 

  • Working as a Food/Beverage Server, Food Counter Attendant/Kitchen Helper and Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff. 

  • Meet criteria of this sub-stream


e) Long-Haul Truck Driver Project

This sub-stream is for those who:

  • Work for an approved trucking firm of Saskatchewan on a temporary work permit issued by IRCC. This would be based on a positive LMIA from the Canadian government.

  • Meet the necessary requirements

3. Entrepreneur and Farm Category

a) Entrepreneur Category

This category is for those overseas workers who want to get or partner in a Saskatchewan based business. They should play an active role in operating it while living in Saskatchewan.
